Weeks 6 & 7 The Beginning of Data Management: Reports

This week I plan on uploading videos demonstrating how to:

• Reports Overview - Browse, Search, and Organize Reports
• Create a Basic Report/Modifying a Report
  
• Using Advanced Filter Criteria
• Exporting a Report (using salesforce id's)

The salesforce guide website has been updated with a PowerPoint "Step by Step Guide" to reports as well as a "Reporting Tips" document with tips on entering filter criteria.

It is important to have a firm understanding of the report feature so you are able to extract and update data efficiently. The next section will discuss CRM Fusion People Import & Demand Tools and the various ways in which to utilize it.
